  • 1. What is Dingo?

    Dingo is an app designed for free HD-quality calls to other Dingo users, as well as for low-cost calls to any other telephone numbers worldwide (such calls can be made from the app directly to a telephone number via the IP telephone line). Any kind of the Internet-connection is suitable for Dingo, whether it is WiFi, 3G or 4G/LTE. Your mobile network provider cannot charge you for the calls made via this app.

    You telephone number is always displayed at the screens of those who you are calling to via Dingo. Your friends and family will always know who is calling them & they will be able to call you back.   • 2. Which calls are free?

    All the calls made from Dingo app to Dingo app are free.*

    *In case you use the mobile Internet, your network provider may charge you for the data transmission.

  • 3. Does Dingo charge additional commissions?

    Dingo supports a clear per-minute rate only, you can see the tariff prior to making a call to mobile & landline phones. There are no hidden charges or connection charges in Dingo.

  • 4. Is my device suitable for Dingo’s operation?

    Dingo works on the following devices:

    • iPhone® 4 and above (iOS 8.0 and above);

  • 5. Will my funds be transferred if I change the device?

    In order to have an opportunity of using the funds from your account on other device, enter into the account with your old phone number.

    You will need to put your old SIM-card into your new device or have the old device with the old sim card with you to successfully log in & verify your phone number.

  • 6. I can hear echoing during the call, what should I do?

    Echoing appears because the telephone’s microphone catches the sound from its speakers. If people you talk to complain about echoing during the call (can hear their own voices), the problem is likely to come from your device. We recommend lowering the microphone’s sensitivity and the speakers’ volume on your device.

  • 7. How can I report an error or a quality problem?

    Choose the section Support in Profile menu and choose & describe the type of problem you have faced with.

  • 8. Can Dingo see my bank card number & does it keep it?

    Dingo never keeps any bank card data – this information stays into the payment processing system only. For your convenience, we have created an option of saving the card data for subsequent payments. If you choose to use it, you won’t have to enter the details again for every new payment.

  • 9. How can I download & install the mobile app?

    In order to download Dingo app, you need to go to AppStore, find our app, accept terms & conditions of use and click on “download”.

  • 10. I cannot install the app. What might be the problem?

    If you are struggling with installing the app, there might be several potential reasons:

    1. You have downloaded the app from side resources, which cannot guarantee its working ability. 2. You iOS version is outdated and doesn’t support the app anymore.

  • 11. How can I get registered via the app?

    In order to get registered via the app, open it on your device. As soon as it opens, it will automatically offer you to go on with a registration. Enter your phone number after «+», and you will receive SMS code for the registration confirmation.

  • 12. I haven’t received the SMS upon my registration. What should I do?

    If the confirmation code does not come upon your registration via the app, make sure that you have not been registered at our service previously.

    If it is your first registration, the SMS should come within 3 minutes. In case it didn’t come, wait for a bit and repeat the registration process.

  • 13. Which number can I get registered with?

    You can use any mobile numbers for your registration. The registration process is carried out directly via your mobile phone, and you receive the SMS with a confirmation code on your number, so landline phones are not suitable for the registration purpose.

  • 1. How can I find out if a caller is Dingo user?

    In order to find out whether a contact from your contact list is registered with Dingo, you need to go to the section “Contacts” and find the contact you are interested in – there will be the app’s icon next to his / her name if yes.

  • 2. How can I create a link via my contact list?

    1. Click on the icon «+Add Number» in the section «Keypad».
    2. Find the contact you need in your contact list and click on it.
    3. You will receive the SMS with a landline number – link – (which you can call to reach a landline user who doesn’t have the Internet access, according to our rates) within 3 minutes.

  • 3. New contact is not displayed in the app. What should I do?

    In order to solve this problem, try to close the program and remove it from working apps. If it didn’t help, wait for the app to update your contact list automatically.

  • 4. How can I invite someone to Dingo?

    In order to invite a friend, acquaintance or family member into Dingo, just open the app, go to the section “contacts” and click on the icon «+». A number of apps through which you can send an invitation will appear.

  • 1. Inbound and outbound calls

    • See the history of your inbound & outbound calls.
    • See a detailed information on each all.
    • Call back or message straight from “the history of calls” page in the section “Recent”.

  • 2. How can I make international calls via the mobile app?

    In order to make cheap international calls via the app, you need to open the app, go to the section «Keypad», enter the number you would like to call and click on “Call”

    Please bear in mind that when you enter the number, the program automatically calculates the tariff per minute, in accordance with our rates, which you can get familiarized with at the section “Tariffs”.

  • 3. Free international calls.

    You can make free international calls, provided that the call is made via the link. The calls via the link are not made via the app, these ones are ordinary calls on the local (landline) number.

    You can also make free international calls via Dingo, from the app to the app, provided that you have the Internet access.

  • 4. Free calls between Dingo users.

    Due to Dingo app, you can easily call each other, provided that you have the Internet access. The rate of your calls depends on your network provider and the Internet’s tariff only.

  • 5. What should I do if my balance is positive, but the answering machine says: “Insufficient funds”?

    If you face with such problem, contact the technical support at first place. It may happen that there are some technical works in progress or some temporary technical issues. Our team will help you to solve this.

  • 6. The SMS with created link is not coming?

    Normally, the SMS with a link comes within 3 minutes.

    SMS may fail to come due to several causes:

    1. Your limit of free link is exceeded.
    2. The number has been entered incorrectly when creating the link (the number does not exist).
    3. Technical works in progress (very rare situation).

  • 7. The calls via the iPhone’s contact list.

    Don’t waste your time, call straight from your iPhone’s contact list. In order to do so, just go to your contact list, choose the contact you need and click on “call”. The menu, where you will be able to choose an option of calling via Dingo, will appear.

  • 8. Where can I see the tariff of my call?

    In order to see the tariffs for calling to a certain country via the app, open the app and go to the section «Keypad», then start entering the number after the country’s code. The app will automatically reflect per-minute tariff for this call.

  • 9. What is the payment procedure for international calls?

    In order to use the service, you won’t need to have any phone cards, we don’t charge for the use of the service.

    The payment is required upon making an international call only. Make sure that you have sufficient amount on your account and go ahead with calling.

  • 10. The rates are different from the ones stated on the site.

    If you have noticed any differences between the tariffs on the site and in the app, please report it to the technical support, they will solve the issue and let you know about the correct rates.

    The differences might appear due to the fact that we permanently improve our service and try to make the tariffs for international calls even cheaper.

  • 11. Which countries can I call to, what are the tariffs?

    Dingo enables you to call to more than 200 countries for beneficial prices, both via the app and via the link. You can find the full list of the countries with a convenient search system in the section “Tariffs”.
